Our innovative Progressive Ordering model helps accelerate your hiring cycle by providing you with a method of filtering out ineligible applicants early in the screening process.

Using our recommended progressive screening package, background checks are automatically processed in a cascading or "progressive" order starting with instant searches first, such as a Social Security Number Verification (SSNV) and instant criminal database searches, before moving to more in-depth screening.

At any stage, if the results do not meet your pre-determined screening or hiring guidelines, the process is immediately terminated without ordering the remaining searches. You save the time of running unnecessary searches and can return your focus to qualified candidates.
